The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce

The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization, is composed
of citizens and businesses who invest time and money in joint efforts to advance
civic, industrial, commercial, agricultural and general interests of the area.
Through the unification of resources and the development of an area-wide plan
of action, members accomplish many things that could not be accomplished
individually.

The annual membership of over 500 businesses and professional men and
women provides the financial support of Chamber activities and employment of a
professionally trained staff. These activities are managed by the Executive Director
under the leadership of a Board of Directors, who serve without compensation
and are elected by the members. Through countless volunteer hours, our
members accomplish the work of the Chamber through several committees.
